Welcome to Swapnadeep Beach Resort for Siddhi Vinayak Ganapati Temple
Siddhi Vinayak Ganapati Temple is an ancient shrine constructed by Madhavrao Peshwa in the 18th century. Dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the main sanctum of the shrine has a Ganesha idol that is carved out of marble. Situated on the hill top, the temple can be accessed through 250 steps. The temple has a stone staircase and a big hall supported by various pillars and a huge dome.
A beautiful lake in front of the temple has religious significance as its water is considered to be sacred. The temple premises host several special pujas and rituals on Vinayaka Chaturthi. On Maghi Chaturthi, grand celebrations and a procession are organised at the temple.
